Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or online credit note.

Items must be returned within 7 working days of the purchase date for assessment by Saxonne staff. Once the item has been assessed, It may be exchanged for another items(s) or an online credit note valid for six months.

Item must be returned to Saxonne in the same condition as it was purchased with tags still attached to the garment with no wear or damage. We reccommend you send the item back in an express post bag for tracking purposes as Saxonne are not liable for missing items.

The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.
