Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Any discrepancies in orders are to be reported to Saxonne at info@saxonne.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If this is not reported within 48 hours, Saxonne are not liable for any order discrepancies.

Any faulty item is subject to repair, replacement or credit in that order if deemed faulty through manufacture.

Saxonne will not accept any faulty returns after a period of 2 months from order delivery.

Once an order is placed, unfortunately we cannot accept any changes or cancellations

Reduced or sale items

These items are non exchangeable.

Delivery Policy

All purchases will be sent to the customer in an Australia post 'Express post satchel'. All postage will be charged at a flat rate of $10.

If more than one item is purchased at checkout (within Australia ), Saxonne offers free postage on the subsequent items.

Overseas purchases will be charged at $20 AUD flat rate per item.

Saxonne is not liable for any lost packages. Please make sure you provide correct postage details when placing your order.

All orders will be posted to the customer within 4 weeks from order date. If the item is in stock, it will be posted immediately.
